Blue
Blue is a gentle, blue balloon and Breezy’s beloved friend. Though a little shy and sometimes unsure of himself, Blue’s kindness and loyalty make him a true treasure in Bloonstown. Blue might need a little boost in confidence, but with friends like Breezy, he’s learning to let his colors shine!
Breezy
Breezy is a bright pink balloon with a zest for adventure and a heart as big as the sky! Confident and full of energy, she’s always ready to dive headfirst into a new escapade, even if it means a few bumps along the way. Her fearless spirit and bubbly enthusiasm make her the perfect companion for Blue, encouraging him to drift a little higher and dream a little bigger. With Breezy around, there’s never a dull moment in Bloonstown!
Mayor Kite
Mayor Kite is Bloonstown’s grand and wise leader, soaring proudly above in his dapper top hat and official blue ‘Mayor’ ribbon. As a large red kite and one of Bloonstown’s few non-balloon residents, Mayor Kite brings a unique perspective—and a touch of elegance—to the town. He watches over the balloon citizens with kindness and a steady breeze, always ready to lend advice or lead the way to the next adventure. Bloonstown wouldn’t be the same without him guiding everyone with his gentle authority!
Perry
Perry is Bloonstown’s feathered friend and a playful companion to all the balloons. As the only other non-balloon resident besides Mayor Kite, Perry brings a special charm to the city with his curious nature and endless supply of clever quips. A true funster, Perry’s antics often have him on the receiving end of Captain Twinkle’s gentle scoldings, but that doesn’t stop him from tagging along on midnight adventures with the Lifters. With Perry around, every day (and night) in Bloonstown is a little brighter and a lot more fun!
Hank & Max
An unlikely but inseparable pair, Hank and Max are loyal friends to Blue and Breezy. Hank is full of lofty ideas (literally!) and loves dreaming up big adventures, while Max keeps him grounded—well, as grounded as a balloon can be! Together, they bring a unique spark to Bloonstown, proving that friendship knows no bounds.
Neen
Bloonstown’s pro rider of the Board on Wheels and a true daredevil at heart! With smooth moves and lightning-fast spins, Neen transforms every cloud into his personal skatepark. His fearless style and eye-catching tricks make him a legend in Bloonstown, inspiring friends and fans alike to feel the rush and embrace the thrill of the ride!
Captain Twinkle
Captain Twinkle is Bloonstown’s loyal keeper of the rules and laws, making sure everything runs as smoothly as a gentle breeze. Though sometimes seen as a bit strict (especially by Perry!), Captain Twinkle’s heart is always in the right place, keeping Bloonstown safe and peaceful for all its residents.
